I stopped receiving emails from Noah's Rewards (previously Noah's eClub), how can I ensure I am receiving emails?
Please ensure you check your spam/junk folder for the email and add Noah’s New York Bagels and firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list. Additionally, to ensure you have indicated you want to receive emails from us, please log into your account by going to rewards.noahs.com and checking the box under “Email notifications”. If you are still experiencing issues please contact customer service at email@example.com for assistance.
I recently moved and have updated my city/state/zip code with my new information but now I am no longer receiving emails, what happened?
Depending on where you live, we may or may not have locations in your area that participate in Noah’s Rewards. Some locations do not accept offers so you may not get emails from us if you are not near a participating Noah’s location.
You can redeem Noah’s Rewards rewards by visiting a participating Noah’s New York Bagels location near you and presenting either the barcode listed in your Noah’s Rewards email to the cashier (via mobile device or printed copy of your email) or by providing your phone # to the cashier (make sure you have added phone # to your account - visit your account page to add your phone #).
I logged into my account and I have available rewards but I never received a Noah's Rewards email with a barcode for my rewards, how do I redeem these rewards without an email that contains a barcode?
Good news! You don’t need your email from us to redeem rewards - now you can redeem rewards in-store with your phone number. All you need to do is provide your phone number to the cashier when you visit your local Noah’s New York Bagels location and advise them you would like to redeem a reward. The cashier will look up your account and confirm what rewards you qualify for.
My Noah's Rewards emails used to display a "Redeemed" or "Expired" message on the barcode to indicate I could no longer use my reward. How do I know if I have redeemed a reward or not or if it has expired?
You now can access information regarding rewards that are available for redemption by logging into your Noah’s Rewards account by visiting rewards.noahs.com. Your available rewards are listing at the top of your account page along with restrictions for each reward including the expiration date.

You can unsubscribe from receiving our emails by logging into your account at rewards.noahs.com and unchecking the box located at the bottom of your account page under “Email notifications”. You can also unsubscribe by selecting the “Unsubscribe” link on the bottom of any Noah’s Rewards email you have received from us and you will be redirected to a page that will provide confirmation that you have been removed from our email list.

I've been a member of the Noah's Rewards program/Noah's email list for a while now, what's different about it?
The Noah’s Rewards program has recently been upgraded! What does this mean for you? You can now log into your account online by going to rewards.noahs.com/login and creating an account if you haven’t already done so. Once logged in, you will be able to view your available rewards (including reward restrictions and expiration date) and change information about your account including name, birthdate, city, state & zip code as well as whether you would like to receive emails from us (we recommend you do this so you can be sure to stay up to date on our promotions and offers). Make sure you add phone # to your account - you can now use it in-store to redeem rewards!
Go to rewards.noahs.com/login and select “Create/Forgot Password”. You will be redirected to the Password Reset page. From here input the email address associated with your Noah’s Rewards account (previously Noah’s eClub). An email will be sent to you to reset the password. Simply click the “Reset Password” link in the email and you will be redirected to the password reset page. NOTE: The email address with the password reset link will come from “Customer Relations” and the sender’s email address will be firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you are a first time user who is a member of Noah’s Rewards but you have never accessed your account online you will need to create a new password. You can do this by selecting “Create/Forgot Password” and entering the email address associated with your Noah’s Rewards account and inputting a new password of your choice. The password requires at least 8 characters and you must use at least one numeric and one capital letter.
We ask for your phone # for account lookup in-store only, we will not text or call you. You can provide your phone # to the cashier who can then lookup your account and access your available rewards.
As a member of Noah’s Rewards, you will receive a reward for a free egg sandwich with purchase for your birthday (valid for 14 days). Make sure to add your birthday to your account today!
